Connect-ME Listing Policy

Every listing on Connect-ME must describe a real service, property, job or product available in Australia. Listings are reviewed for accuracy, clear contact details and the correct category before they appear in search results, and reported listings are re-checked by the team.

The policy also explains what cannot be published, including misleading claims, unverified NDIS registration claims, duplicate listings and content that puts participants at risk. Providers can update a listing at any time; material changes may trigger another review.
